Discreet Shipping
At XO-Happy, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the contents. The shipping label will show "XH Distributions" as the sender, with no mention of "XO-Happy" or any reference to the nature of our products.
Your billing statement will show a discreet entry such as "XH Distributions" or "XHD Online" that does not reveal the nature of your purchase.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
Most shipping methods include tracking. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your XO-Happy account and viewing your order history
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
International Orders
For international shipments, please note the following:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country
- We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international orders due to customs processing
- Some countries have restrictions on importing adult products – please verify that our products can be legally imported to your country before placing an order
- We cannot ship to all countries; if your country is not listed during checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship to your location
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship certain products to specific locations. During checkout, you will only see products that can be shipped to your selected address.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package or note the damage when signing for it. Contact our customer service team immediately.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package
- Check any secure package locations at your residence
- Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly before actual delivery
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team
