Our policies for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

Return Policy Overview

At XO-Happy, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for:

  • Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items (if we sent you something different than what you ordered)

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal intimate products
  • Lingerie and wearable items
  • Lubricants, lotions, and consumable products
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging

Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@xo-happy.com or call +1 (800) XO-HAPPY
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in discreet packaging
  5. Include your RAN and order information in the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds include the price of the product(s) being returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  1. Follow the return process described above
  2. Indicate that you want an exchange rather than a refund
  3. Specify the item you would like to receive instead

If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Warranty and Defective Products

All XO-Happy products come with the following warranty coverage:

  • Electronic Products: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
  • Non-Electronic Products: 30-day warranty from the date of purchase

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use or handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, drops, or impacts
  • Water damage (unless the product is specifically labeled as waterproof)
  • Use of incompatible accessories or charging equipment

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos of the damage

We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the damage claim.
